DAMAGE: If your package arrives to you damaged and/or broken, we are happy to replace it for you. In order for us to replace the items for you, we require that you send a photo of the damaged items to email@example.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package. We may ask you to send the broken items back to us (we will cover shipping costs) before sending your new item. Please note, if these steps are not taken, then we will be unable to replace the broken items- there are no exceptions.’
Prive Cosmetics is not responsible for delays that occur due to international customs issues, delays because of covid-19 pandemy, nor any additional fees or taxes that your country may require. This means that ANY and ALL fees that you are charged are your responsibility. Prive Cosmetics will not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees. It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment.
